Our client is one of the leading financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe. The company is working on a large-scale Digital Transformation program aiming to identify intelligent IT-solutions for the customers and to provide innovative and modern applications, while creating meaningful User Experience.

The iOS Developer will be responsible for developing new digital services and products on the group platforms, being part of an innovating and agile team.

Key tasks: 

  • Develop professional, native banking applications for iOS in an international environment 
  • Implement automated unit and device tests 
  • Support UX designers and creative designers to create an outstanding mobile user experience 
  • Support solution architects to define the software architecture

Candidate’s profile

General requirements:

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or related fields 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing native mobile applications on iOS, state of the art mobile UI/UX applications and operational- and behavioral- analytics in the context of mobile applications (e.g. appsee, etc.) 
  • Excellent overview of the respective iOS platform ecosystem (SDKs, libraries, frameworks and tools) and understanding of RESTful APIs connection to iOS applications to back-end services and app-submission process via Apple App Store 
  • Proven experience with state-of-the-art code versioning systems (e.g. Git) and repository management tools (e.g. Gitlab, Github, Bitbucket); Swift, Objective-C is a plus, GraphQL and SwiftUI is a plus 
  • Practical experience with automated Unit- and UI-Testing in the context of mobile applications, preferably being also familiar with cloud-based test-automation solutions (e.g. Xamarin) 
  • Good understanding of mobile related security-aspects 
  • Competent in Scrum or Kanban agile methodology 
  • Fluent written and spoken English
