KPMG is looking for international experts with extensive track record in ROM assignments.
KPMG in Bulgaria as a lead party of an international consortium has been invited to submit a proposal in response to an EC tender for Results Oriented Monitoring (ROM) system for external aid interventions financed by the European Union – Lot 2: IPA II region. The overall objective of the assignment is to improve the performance of EU-funded interventions by strengthening design, monitoring and evaluation systems at intervention and institutional level. The partner countries within the IPA II region include Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey.
KPMG is now looking to partner with individuals with regard to the following key expert positions:
The experts are required to have substantial experience in international cooperation and strong track record in the leading and management of ROM reviews, as well as in results based approaches, monitoring and/or evaluation in development cooperation. The positions above are full-time (220 man days/year) for the entire assignment duration which is 24 months. The key experts will be potentially based in Brussels (please specifically indicate in the application your availability and willingness for the location).
