Liz is a senior partner of KPMG Australia’s Management Consulting Business and National Sector Lead for Health, Ageing and Human Services. She is also Deputy Chairperson of KPMG in Australia, and until recently was on the Board of the Health Sciences faculty at Sydney University. Liz was also the inaugural champion for gender diversity and sexual orientation and facilitated the establishment of the KGEN network for GLBTI staff a role she held for 7 years. Her driving passion when working is health and social policy reform. Her work predominantly focuses on issues related to disadvantage, disability and vulnerability, covering the many and varied aspects of the health, human services and aged care portfolios at both state and national levels. Liz is a recognized leader within Australia in the areas of disability reform; responses to domestic and family violence and working with vulnerable children, youth and families. Recently she has lead major projects related to establishing the National Disability Insurance Scheme, developing new integrated service delivery models for reducing violence against women and children, developing a model regulatory framework to support deregulation in social services at a national level.
