In-house Lawyer

KPMG in Bulgaria is currently looking for an experienced and result-driven professional to join us as an In-house Lawyer who will embrace internal client service with energy and flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and support on the daily legal matters of firm’s activities ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations 
  • Prepare and advise on contracts with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors 
  • Draw up and review legal documents, legal and corporate policies and procedures 
  • Support the work of all functions within the firm with legal advice and opinions 
  • Follow up changes in the legislation and their implications affecting the firm’s activities

Requirements

  • University degree in Law 
  • At least 3 years of professional legal experience
  • Previous experience as an in-house lawyer will be considered an advantage 
  • Communicative, positive and dynamic personality 
  • Ability and drive to meet deadlines 
  • Fluency in English
