KPMG recently helped TVH Equipment/mateco (a Belgian family business that grew into a multinational business via growth and acquisitions). TVH Equipment coordinates the rental, sales and service activities for its lift trucks.

KPMG brought to the table their large expertise in agile methodology and ERP implementations.

This resulted in the 10 golden rules to be applied for each part of the solution governing decisions such as degrees of automation, centralization, standardization, etc… For each functionality to be implemented in Microsoft D365 for instance, it was first evaluated whether it is possible to adapt the various existing local processes to work with the standard MS D365 procedure.
