The front end of innovation sets the stage for success in innovation: without ideas there will be no innovation. Innovation Factory’s Idea Management software and the accompanying Idea Challenge methodology allow organizations to harness the collective brainpower of everyone inside or even outside the organization. In an exciting way, large populations or small expert groups - such as front-line employees - are engaged and involved to share and enrich ideas and thereby address the challenges the organization faces.

An idea challenge in a nutshell:
This approach allows us to come up with a short-list of the most promising ideas based on a proven selection method. In a second phase we will develop a long list of all ideas and enrichments gathered during the Idea Challenge.
Next we will organize a workshop where we will select ideas together so that we can help you transform them into visible and shared concepts that are ready for further development and realization as well as provide advice on how to present this to the management.
Through capable collaborators, who have basic understanding of online community management and ideation, we engage the entire organization through knowledge sharing and stimulating a broad commitment and support for the change initiatives.
