The Innovation Dive is a great way to crowdsource a small group of people around a specific problem. During this offline workshop, a small team can work on a specific problem that your organization is facing and develop an idea into a concrete business case in just a few days.

An Innovation Dive in a nutshell:

  • The innovation sponsors of the company will decide the challenge for the organisation that they would like to see treated during the innovation dive and gather the members for the dive workshop.
  • During interactive sessions, the innovation dive team are guided by a KPMG coach to generate new and innovative ideas for the challenge. The whole group enriches all ideas before the selection of the most promising ideas. The selected ideas are further elaborated in small groups. Finally the developed ideas are translated into a presentable business case.
  • The idea generation team members present the innovative ideas to the decision makers. The decision makers decide which ideas will be implemented.
