Our Tax department assists customers with determining their (in)direct tax status and related compliance obligations (e.g. filing VAT returns, legal entity tax, (im)movable withholding taxes etc.). Not only does this cover advice on, for example, VAT scans, request of rulings, but also covers implementation of the advice in the day-to-day processes. The Tax department also provides support on “externalization” (such as AGB/RCA, Zorgbedrijven) and “collaboration” (intermunicipalities, independent groups, PPP, etc.) initiatives, as well as support during audits.
