Tax & Legal Update seminars 2019: Indirect Tax

Change is coming…

6 February 2019, 8:30AM - 3:00PM, CET

The corporate tax reform has entered into force, bringing a lot of changes to the Belgian tax landscape, with more still to come. The optional VAT regime for rental of immovable property will enter into force as from January 2019 and the new company code is scheduled to enter into force as of May 2019. Brexit is planned for March 2019 and mobility is a hot topic.

All those changes will more than ever challenge companies and impact employment and business in the coming year.

To keep you informed, KPMG Tax & Legal Advisers and K law will be organizing their annual Tax & Legal Update seminar.

This afternoon session which will focus on indirect tax matters such as the optional VAT regime for rental of immovable property, the consequences of Brexit, changes in e-commerce and the treatment of vouchers.

You can also register for the morning session, which will be dedicated to direct tax topics like the corporate tax reform (tax consolidation, earning stripping rules, CFC rules), transfer pricing developments (including the highlights of the draft circular letter of 9 November 2018) and recent developments in mobility. Legal topics like the reform of the company code will also be discussed.
