Asset Management Roundtables

Share your experiences and ideas at our upcoming Asset Management Roundtable discussions.

25 May 2018, 9:00AM - 2:00PM, CEST

KPMG Global Asset Management Competence Center organizes a series of Roundtable discussions around the current topics in Asset Management.

KPMG Global Asset Management Competence Center invites you to their roundtable session around the theme Working Capital.

The traditional “key performance drivers” of a company’s accounting & financial reporting provide you accurate information on the company’s financial situation for one moment in time, but lack insight into the underlying processes of how well cash is managed and/or trapped within the organization.

To understand the value generating drivers, we must go beyond the pure accounting measures and focus on cash & working capital, and more specifically, the underlying financial & operational processes, policies, procedures, etc. Through this - performance improvement across inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes can be realized, resulting in increased cash flow or decreased days in working capital.

During this roundtable session we’ll discuss relevant questions and thoughts on the topic, where you too can share your experiences and ideas. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight and exchange thoughts on the challenges, potential improvement initiatives as well as concrete project possibilities to improve your working capital position.
