Annelies Vanmolle

Annelies recently joined the KPMG People & Change team, coming from an operational HR role. Having worked in various HR positions, she has a broad experience in soft and hard HR processes, HR due diligence, working with labour committees, guiding people through change journeys. Next to this she has extensive project management experience, with a broader understanding of the business processes, the management of various stakeholders and the identification of risks and opportunities when implementing changes. In her latest experience she led the integration of 2 companies after an acquisition from an HR perspective. The main focus was on: analysing people impact, communication, change management training, looking for optimisations and harmonisation of processes.
