I have 14 years of experience in (international) corporate tax, structuring and M&A with a specific expertise in the field of R&D tax incentives (IP planning, innovation income deduction, payroll tax exemptions, copyright remuneration etc.). I advise several (international) software and technology companies with a particular focus on the gaming industry. As an advisor to various non-profit organizations, foundations, health insurance funds and governments, I also have in-depth knowledge of taxation in the social and public sector. In addition, I regularly give lectures and I am the author of more than 30 publications in leading tax journals.
