Kwin Lemmens combines an MBA and a postgraduate degree in management with a master of science degree in work- and organization psychology. Kwin started his career as HRM consultant at PwC, where he conducted an executive remuneration survey. Afterwards he was responsible for the training and development of all personnel at Securitas Belgium as a Learning & Development consultant. Thereafter he gained experience at the IT department of ING Belgium, where he conducted a strategic manpower planning exercise. Kwin is part of the People and Change team of KPMG’s Management Consulting practice. During his international projects at KPMG he gained extensive experience in Change Management and Business Transformations.
