Kathy is experienced in scoping and preparing both European and Asian transfer pricing documentation and performing various transfer pricing risk analyses/reviews for diverse multinational companies in a range of sectors (e.g. chemicals, high technology, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, finance, oil & gas, etc), and has been involved in a number of unilateral/bilateral Advance Pricing Arrangements (APAs) both in Europe and Asia.
She has also been involved in global restructuring and supply chain management projects, such as a global tax efficient supply chain management (TESCM) feasibility project examining a regional principal-agent structure for a global chemicals company. She has also been involved in the preparation of an exit report analyzing the potential exit implications relating to a business realignment of a chemicals/plastics multinational. Kathy is also experienced in the implementation of various cost allocation structures and global documentation projects.
