As a Corporate Tax Partner, I advise private equity as well as corporates on their tax matters, primarily in an M&A context (structuring, financing, SPA negotiations, management incentives, etc.). Before joining KPMG, I practiced tax law at a magic circle law firm for nine years. I have broad experience in corporate and individual income tax, especially in the field of M&A, both buy side and sell side. I have advised both on local mid-market transactions as well as on large international deals in a wide range of sectors and industries.
