Emmanuel is Partner for the Public Sector practice in Belgium and Member of the International KPMG Public Sector community. He is Lead Partner for Go-To-Market Public Sector in Belgium. A successful sector based on a strongly elaborated and supported GTM strategy. Through his continuous proactive and focused market actions he acts always in close interaction with the business and the marketing department. He is Account Partner for several strategic Federal, Regional (Flanders-Region, Brussels Capital) accounts and some key strategic public entities. With more than 20 years’ experience in Advisory and the Public Sector, he has accomplished local and abroad successful multidisciplinary transformation/integration/separation projects.

Emmanuel’s priorities include strategic and operational excellence with attention for digital, data, smart and innovation, client-centric projects including change management. Emmanuel understands these current challenges and is very well capable of translating the corresponding needs into business opportunities. He has experience in PMO and quality control and has a profound knowledge of the processes and organization dynamic and challenges of public administrations (operations - processes –risks - structures). Furthermore he has a thorough understanding of the subtle interaction and dynamics between administrations and political decision-makers. He is driver of the cross-sector market innovative initiatives: public sector – energy - utilities- mutualities/health care). Emmanuel is perfectly trilingual.
