I began working at KPMG in 2015 and have more than 20 years of management consultancy experience in the (semi-)public sector. In addition I have led various large transformation and change programs in the public, financial, and energy sectors.

I have a successful track record of helping clients achieve their desired operating models in multiple functional areas (from strategy, to operations, to support functions) and in leading and coaching project teams. I have worked for clients that include the Belgian Post, Belgian Railways, federal & regional governments, a number of Belgian banks, and Electrabel.
