Lavina has more than ten years of experience in advising various multinational corporations on Transfer Pricing (TP) issues. She has experience in managing projects in various sectors (e.g. Chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Consumer goods, Information Technology, Automotive, Logistics, Telecommunications, Liquor, Heavy Machinery, Design and Engineering). She is knowledgeable in TP documentation matters (including compliance and planning) for different countries, handling TP audits and court cases. She has been extensively involved in assignments related to Advance Rulings/Advance Pricing Arrangements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs) for top multinational companies, covering complex and niche topics (i.e. preparing and filing applications, negotiations with APA authorities, the experiential conclusion of various APAs and MAPs).

Lavina has worked on several projects with evolving TP issues such as marketing intangibles, financial transactions, cost-sharing arrangements, management fees, restructuring, royalty matters, Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) 2.0 – digitalized economy-related elements in TP scenario.
