Tazul is an esteemed Member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

Commencing his career with KPMG in 2007, Tazul has dedicated over 15 years of unwavering commitment to his profession, amassing extensive expertise and knowledge in delivering exceptional services across diverse industries.

His profound understanding encompasses various domains, including corporate laws, taxation laws, banking regulations, foreign exchange regulations, international tax conventions, and interpretations issued by prominent bodies such as the OECD and United Nations (UN). He has participated in numerous training programs covering ISAs, IFRSs, US GAAP, taxations, and more, both domestically and abroad. Additionally, Tazul boasts extensive experience in auditing financial statements prepared under IFRS, US GAAP, and banking regulations, while also being well-versed in US SOX and PCAOB requirements. His involvement in the shipping and logistic industry further adds to his expertise.

Tazul actively engages in advisory work, offering insights in regulatory review and business establishment. He provides valuable counsel to international investors on regulatory and tax matters concerning their ventures in Bangladesh. He possesses substantial experience in advising foreign EPC contractors on pre-bid considerations and ongoing compliance, as well as tax planning. Notably, he has served as a tax advisor for numerous corporate deals, including two of the largest transactions in Bangladesh's history. His repertoire also includes conducting financial and tax due diligence reviews.

Tazul is extensively knowledgeable in corporate tax compliance and International Expatriate Services (IES) for several multinational corporations. Furthermore, he holds a wealth of experience in international taxation, particularly in strategizing double taxation matters in light of double taxation treaties.
