Amendments to the Tax Code of Azerbaijan

On 30 December 2021 the Law on Amendments to the Tax Code of Azerbaijan was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In accordance with the Law, numerous significant amendments were introduced. The below is the summary of the most important amendments to the Tax Code that are enacted and in force as of January 1, 2022.
