On August 8, 2020, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed the Decree on establishment of Azerbaijan Investment Holding.
According to its Charter, the main purpose of the AIH is managing state-owned companies and enterprises, as well as business entities with state participation in their capital (“state-owned enterprises”) according to uniform principles and improving their performance.
