On April 8, 2020 KPMG in Azerbaijan hold a webinar “One journey, thousand paths” for the students of ADA University. ADA University is a state higher education institution engaged in the delivery of undergraduate and graduate degree programs in addition to the advancement of research.

Managing Partner of KPMG in Azerbaijan Murat Karakas give a main speech in a webinar for the graduate year students of ADA University. Lecture “One journey, thousand paths” held by KPMG in an intention to tell students success story about choosing right career path, challenges to face in the road to success and ways to find solution and adapt to difficult and unexpected situations.

The purpose of the webinar was to study best practices during the development of a person as a professional, team member and a leader, adaptation to the different systems while sticking to your own business plan, work on long and short term goals, evaluate and analyze achievements and results.

Students actively participated in Q&A session, asking questions about nowadays situation in the economy and advices on their further steps in career. As along with the speech, Mr. Karakas aimed to give a new generation a look at the persistence towards goals and the features that could make the one a stronger person and a better professional.
