On November 8, Baku hosted 2nd Business Management Forum, organised by the leading private sector companies in Azerbaijan to discuss global management trends and modern management tools, and to encourage business managers to use those tools.
KPMG in Azerbaijan was represented by Management Consulting Director Farid Bakhshiyev, who delivered a presentation on “Business processes optimisation – priorities and challenges” as a guest speaker in the Systematic Management panel.
Farid talked on international practices and main priorities that needs to be considered during business process optimisation process to ensure efficiency and functional sustainability.
The forum was attended approximately by 400 representatives of local and international companies operating within different industries of Azerbaijan, and ended with Q&A session where participants had the opportunity to discuss the relevance of the proposed approaches to the needs of their companies.
