In addition, the rationale for controlled transactions and analysis of the step-by-step instructions for its preparation were presented. Furthermore, the most significant disputes with tax authorities in the CIS countries and focus on the main thing in terms of TP were discussed.

Mushfig Aliyev, Partner of Tax & Legal Department at KPMG in Azerbaijan, made an opening speech and mentioned that Transfer Pricing principles has always been one of the priority service delivery areas of KPMG in global context. He underlined that KPMG in Azerbaijan will further work in the direction of development transfer pricing services within the country.
There were 2 sessions, which were followed by Q&A session at the end of the seminar. Around 60 representatives of different companies attended the workshop.
