  • Help clients achieve their strategic goals, whether they are acquiring or divesting assets;
  • Advise clients during the due diligence process to identify key value drivers and challenge assumptions about future performance;
  • Work with other KPMG service teams to deliver an integrated service to our clients;
  • Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management;
  • Identify issues that impact purchase price and deal structuring



To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Strong academic and numerate background: a bachelors or master’s degree in accounting, business, finance or economics is preferred;
  • Experience of working in a finance environment and a basic working knowledge of Transaction Services activities;
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions;
  • Exceptional research and project management skills; experience of operating with senior level stakeholders;
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills;
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an advantage
