Our Financial Services Advisory Group provides services: optimization of the operating unit; development strategies; robotization of processes; cost reduction; conducting product research for banks and assurance companies. 

Strategy & Operations Group team up with our clients to focus on their key success factors, identify the cost drivers for the company and aim to bring significant cost savings from implementing more efficient operating models. 

The Technology team provides services on IT strategic consulting, increasing the efficiency of IT process management, implementation of IT projects and their assessment during the introduction of the products such as 1C, SAP, Microsoft and Oracle.



•        Higher education (degree preferably in business, economics, mathematics, IT) 

•        At least 3 years of professional experience, including management consulting; IT consulting experience will be considered as an advantage

•        Understanding how functional units work in a bank 

•        Experience of business processes reengineering or improving their efficiency 

•        Professional certificates in IT and project management are considered as an advantage

•        Strong Excel skills 

•        Knowledge of Lean 6Sigma is desirable 

•        Have fluent  Azerbaijani, English and Russian

•        Strong communication and teamwork skills 

•        Good/excellent presentation skills 

•        Ability to go on business trips
