On 29 September 2020, the Federal Court of Australia approved the Settlement Deed and Settlement Distribution Scheme, appointing Ms Christine Oliver of KPMG Australia as the Administrator of the Settlement Distribution Scheme.

Pursuant to the Settlement Distribution Scheme, a Notice of Estimated Distribution (Notice) was sent to Settlement Group Members on 23 December 2020. Please read the information contained in the Notice carefully and fill out the form with the requested information. KPMG will only use and disclose information provided in this form and any accompanying attachments pursuant to the requirements of the Settlement Distribution Scheme. Read our Privacy Policy for further information.

Registered GM means any group member that has already registered to participate in a settlement.
