Around 400 people heard from guest speakers Richard Murray, CEO of JB Hi-Fi in Melbourne and Sydney and Alice Barbery, CEO of Universal Stores in Brisbane, alongside KPMG professionals.

The discussion centred around the key retail trends and the balance and connection between physical and online and how these issues are being addressed in the market to meet customer needs.
