We provide an update on the review of the Skilled Migration Occupation Lists. We also discuss further policy changes including to the Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482) visa, removal of an English language exemption under the ‘Temporary Residence Transition’ stream of the Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) visa, upcoming release of the new ANZSCO dictionary and update on the definition of ‘regional Australia’ from 16 November 2019.
