UNSW is a leading Australian university, one of the group of eight, and ranks among the top 100 universities in the world. UNSW selected KPMG as their Microsoft partner to deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to manage their student experience from the moment a potential student shows interest in the university to becoming an alumni.
Dynamics 365 allowed the university to replace 17 different CRM systems and datasets with a single consolidated solution across the University. It was deployed across all eight UNSW faculties and provides huge benefits to staff productivity and cost savings.
“CRM has become so much part of our service ethos and provides a strong, consistent, timely, effective service to students” says Frieda Maher.
