KPMG’s Global Mobility Services team has just released a new app that ensures tax and immigration compliance for business travellers to Australia.
A new app, delivering tax and immigration compliance for business travellers to Australia, has just been released by KPMG.
The KPMG Business Visitor Assist app, developed by KPMG’s Global Mobility Services team, provides personalised visa, tax and superannuation assessments, and enables employees to apply for the correct business visitor visa online, all before they get on the plane.
Tax director Caroline Hickson says the app was developed in response to growing demand from large multi-national companies who require greater visibility of employee travel.
“It has become a business-imperative to reduce risks and costs, particularly when expanding operations offshore” Ms Hickson said.
“Here we have combined our tax and immigration expertise with data analysis and automation to provide instant assessments for companies sending employees on business trips to Australia.
“With this type of application and information at your fingertips, decision-making becomes much easier.”
