As we enter the new financial year, we are awaiting the final round of legislative changes due to come into effect under the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa (Labour Market Testing (LMT) changes and Skilling Australia Fund (SAF) implementation).

The Department of Home Affairs (Home Affairs) has increased their fees effective 1 July 2018 and the Global Talent Scheme has been introduced.

In this edition, we provide further details on the changes to the immigration landscape as of the new financial year, including:
