Using gamification to engage learners, encourage behaviour and help achieve organisational objectives.
Engaging staff in learning programs is a constant challenge. Even as technology elevates the stimulation baseline, so too does it unlock new opportunities for engaging learning experiences. As a large, global organisation, KPMG member firms face a constant challenge ensuring that our employees understand the full range of capabilities that we offer. In response, we created a gamified app to help employees learn about the global network of member firms' capabilities in an engaging way. This publication shares our high-level findings, with takeaways for other organisations considering using gamification for learning or training.
With insights from KPMG leaders on areas such as learning and development, technology, customer and people and change, the paper covers a broad range of topics, centered on engaging people in a cost effective manner.
