The client was using a number of inefficient legacy systems that could not meet the needs of their growing business or support their mobile working environment.
To simplify and streamline their business, KPMG implemented a centralised and standard solution focused around empowering employees with self-service capabilities across the entire employee lifecycle. This provided greater efficiencies, lower processing and cycle times, as well as freeing up Payroll and HR for more strategic, value-added activities.
