Janine has over 25 years’ experience in the execution of transformational change programs for the financial services industry.

Skilled in all aspects of transformation delivery, Janine works with clients to resolve complex challenges within the regulated financial services environment. Janine is passionate about culture, and creates high-performing, outcome-focused teams whilst embedding a risk and transformation mindset within organisations.

Through authentic partnering, a pragmatic commercial and hands-on approach, robust risk management and governance, Janine drives effective outcomes across project lifecycles. She develops practical recommendations, builds trust, and works effectively with all levels of management across program design, delivery, recovery, portfolio management, and program assurance.

Janine has led major programs involving digitisation and business efficiency, financial crime, risk management, remediation, regulatory change, technology re-platforming, operating models, and other enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Prior to KPMG, Janine held executive roles with Big 4 banks, wealth managers, a wealth platform provider, as well as insurers.
