Elizabeth is a trusted adviser renowned for her expertise in enhancing operational performance for prominent public, private, and not-for-profit organisations within the Health, Aging & Human Services sector.

Having held executive roles at hospital, district and state levels, Elizabeth specialises in helping clients resolve complex operational challenges to deliver excellence in service delivery.  She supports health and human services clients at all levels of organisations from front line clinicians to Chief Operating Officers, Chief Executives and senior Government leaders.

Elizabeth joined KPMG in 2021 as the founding Partner for Operations Advisory services leading operational excellence and improvement across the Health, Aging & Human Services Sector nationally. Prior to KPMG, Elizabeth was the Chief Operating Officer of a large $2 billion health service and has held executive roles at hospital and state levels.
