KPMG Australia

Rachel is Manager in KPMG's Deals, Tax & Legal division, and works with ASX100 boards, executives and HR professionals of ASX-listed entities across a range of executive performance and reward, governance and succession issues.

Rachel’s commercial analytical experience and background in finance and economics has assisted her understanding the core drivers of our clients’ businesses and the broader macroeconomic factors within their respective industries.

She is particularly passionate about assisting our clients with the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose executive remuneration frameworks which support their unique talent, cultural and strategic objectives.

As a practising Australian lawyer, Rachel also has a robust understanding of the broader corporate governance and regulatory frameworks that underpin the Australian public company landscape. With a particular focus on executive remuneration within the financial services and fintech space, she has been working closely with a number of KPMG's financial services clients to implement the executive remuneration aspects of the BEAR, to address the implications of the Final Report of the Royal Commission and to consider and respond to APRA's Draft Prudential Standards (CPS 511).
