Mark joined KPMG in the late 1980s and has stayed with the firm for his entire career. Mark is a product of KPMG International, having started life as an external auditor in New Zealand, before moving to London for three years and finally ending up in Sydney.

Mark was admitted to the partnership in 1999 and has been fortunate to have held global, regional and national leadership roles in the area of technology, project advisory and cyber risk. Mark is also a member of the firm’s Partner Remuneration and Nomination Committee (PRNC), fulfilling an important governance role within the firm.

In his current role, Mark leads a team focused on helping clients understand and manage a vast array of different risks, from digital disruption, major business transformation programs, cyber security through to the risks associated with new technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud services.
