Jonathan joined KPMG in 2011 and is part of KPMG’s Indigenous Services practice. He has extensive community consultation experience that includes remote field work and for more than 17 years, has undertaken a wide range of advisory projects for Aboriginal clients and governments.
He is an economist, geographer and development practitioner with a passion for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander justice and development. His interests span community and regional development and planning for human services and social infrastructure delivery in regional and remote communities. Jonathan works to help strengthen the capacity of Aboriginal peoples to set and achieve their development goals, and is involved with the design, implementation and evaluation of effective social policy.
Jonathan is a Certified Practising Planner (CPP) and a member of the Board Advisory Panel of the EON Foundation, which provides practical support to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal families in remote Western Australian communities.
