For close to 15 years, Shahaf has worked with c-suite and boards to align their stakeholders to a shared vision and roadmap of success.

Using critical thinking and co-design tools from her previous roles as a senior Intelligence Officer for the army and a corporate finance specialist, Shahaf develops and executes evidence-based enterprise-wide strategies to provide executives with confidence that they have chosen the right path forward.

Shahaf is passionate about partnering with organisations that contribute to the public good and create a positive impact on society, and works with clients in the education, government, not-for-profit and agriculture sectors.

Shahaf co-led the Enterprise-wide transformation program at KPMG’s Global Centre of Excellence for Strategy. In this role, she developed thought leadership and methodologies for enterprise-wide strategy and transformation for large organisations (including strategic scenarios, strategic reviews, role of corporate centre, implementation planning, etc.). Her work contributed to identification of critical value enhancement opportunities through alignment of strategic, financial, business, and operational models.

Prior to KPMG, Shahaf spent her early career embedded in the entrepreneurship ecosystem of the ‘Start-up Nation’ of Israel, and is the co-founder Tel Aviv University’s Entrepreneurship Centre. She also brings strong commercial acumen having supported the set-up of multiple ventures in Australia, AsPac and globally and serving as a Board member in the Education space.
