Phillip is the Partner-in-Charge of the Canberra Governance, Risk & Controls Advisory team. He has more than 20 years’ experience in providing a range of assurance services to the public and private sector, and leads both internal and financial statement engagements as well as broader assurance-related consulting engagements.

Phillip has experience with the development and implementation of risk management frameworks in a number of government agencies. He is a Certified Internal Auditor and Registered Company Auditor, and has co-authored the ANAO’s Better Practice Guide on Fraud Control in Australian Government Entities.
