For over 20 years, Kate has specialised in enterprise risk management services. She leads KPMG’s Enterprise Risk Management practice for the government and not-for-profit sectors, as well as KPMG’s efforts to improve access and inclusion for people with disabilities. Kate brings passion and enthusiasm to her role of implementing risk and governance in the public and not-for-profit sectors.

By leveraging her practical experience of 'what works', she identifies and understands risk exposures alongside strategy, implements risk management approaches that work, and is able to drive a culture of managing risk as means of maximising opportunities.

Kate is an outspoken advocate for diversity and is the Executive Sponsor of KPMG’s Disability Network. She is a member of the Council for Sydney Symphony Orchestra and the Chair of the SSO Vanguard Collective.
