Paul is a partner in Commercial Advisory & Transactions within KPMG's Infrastructure, Assets & Places division, and is the sector lead for Real Estate & Places.

A Brisbane-based Partner, Paul brings extensive experience and insights in the development and implementation of real estate strategy, the structuring and execution of complex real estate transactions and general market advice including valuation reviews, feasibility analysis and due diligence. Paul’s expertise covers a wide range of sectors and situations including: infrastructure-related real estate opportunities, social and affordable housing, health and higher education knowledge precincts, urban renewal projects, commercial office and occupier strategies and transactions across a range of commercial structures including development agreements and joint ventures.

Paul also brings his experience and insights from his prior career working with government in structural reform and major projects, and his time working for a private development business where he was focused on financing a national portfolio of mixed use developments. His role included the evaluation of property development opportunities, financing property investment and development, preparation of project feasibility studies, due diligence, the implementation of property acquisition and divestment strategies and the negotiation of commercial arrangements for joint property development.
