Natasha is a Partner within KPMG Australia's Defence & Defence Industries and National Security & Justice practices. She supports clients in the areas of policing, the national intelligence community, corrections, justice, emergency response and defence to transform their operating and business models. With this sector interest, recent insights from enterprise transformations and over 17 years of continuous experience supporting government clients, Natasha has an excellent understanding of and ability to work effectively with government clients to deliver real change.
As a transformation specialist with a proven history in delivering difficult, complex and high profile initiatives, Natasha is acutely aware of the diverse responsibilities of senior leaders to participate equally in design, cultural change and execute their BAU leadership responsibilities. She is passionate about transformational change and realising lasting benefits and value.
Natasha’s family was significantly impacted by the Black Summer bushfires in Cobargo, NSW, and around Mt Clear near Bredbo, NSW. As they watched on helplessly, she resolved to use her professional skills to help build Australia’s resilience and to support all impacted communities on their road to recovery. She is proud to chair the Fortem Australia Advisory Board which supports our First Responder communities through social connection. She has also been known to take on the odd challenge. One such example was when Natasha swam the English Channel with three mates to raise over $60,000 for veteran’s mental health programs.
In 2010, Natasha authored Review into the support provided to Wounded, Ill and Injured members of the Australian Defence Force.
