Tash is a Partner in KPMG Australia’s Consulting business, holding key leadership roles in KPMG International and the Australian member firm. She brings more than 30 years’ experience in Australia and Europe across Government and Defence clients to transform clients to transform their operating and business models.

Tash is a transformation specialist with a proven history delivering difficult, complex, and high-profile initiatives. She regularly advises senior executives on change strategies and their responsibilities for design, establishing culture and leading their organisation through change. Tash enjoys facilitating organisational readiness for digital transformation success and supports clients to realise speed to value and speed to modern.

In her role as KPMG International’s global lead of Transformation, Tash is at the helm of digital transformation. She leads KPMG’s change specialists to drive adoption of digital technologies across Consulting and create a culture that embraces collaboration, complexity, and opportunity. She is establishing agility into our clients' and our people’s transformation experience and implementing SAFe to drive iterative development and rapid deployment of digital solutions. Tash has also designed KPMG’s Transformation Services Delivery Model – putting the human experience at the front and centre – and incorporates delivery assets like Transformation Journey and enterprise transformation readiness diagnostics to support clients to realise sustainable value into the future.

As lead for the Digital Business Transformation investment stream of the KPMG Australia Strategy, Tash considers the entire digital ecosystem with a focus on investing in future technologies to digitise and transforming our client’s business and operating models.

Tash is responsible for equipping our transformation practitioners with contemporary delivery tools so they can deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Tash also contributes to reports and thought leadership including "The art of continuous transformation".
