Meaghan is a Director in KPMG’s Wealth Advisory Management Consulting business with responsibility to grow and service wealth sector clients seeking to optimise governance, operating models, business planning, customer experience and transformation programs.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in the superannuation, life insurance, financial advice and asset finance sectors, scaling both regional and global financial services businesses.
Meaghan specialises in challenging conventional technology to generate fresh ideas for traditional businesses and leveraging insights to improve experience for customers in Financial Services enterprises facing legacy systems and thinking.
Meaghan has led and sponsored several Superannuation Successor Fund Transfer transactions. She has designed and sponsored the build of three Superannuation Funds from the ground up. Meaghan has been critical to the creation of unique new product features enabling complex solutions to seem simple and easy to use for customers.
Meaghan has provided advice for boards and c-suite for over 10 years. In Superannuation, this has related to scaling superannuation funds; choosing administration platforms; appropriate use of technology; and product requirements and features required to attract new customers and expand into new market segments. In Financial Advice Meaghan’s advice centred around the growth and scale of practices, as well as leading Merger and acquisition opportunities.
When not at work, you will find Meaghan spending time with her husband and teenage daughter, or high up in the mountains working on her snow skiing skills.
