Alex leads large change programs that leverage culture, process and CRM technology to create sustainable business value for clients. He has over 20 years of consulting experience across a number of industries and continents, which includes 11 years of Salesforce experience in APAC.

In 2020, Alex joined KPMG. He is the National Lead Partner for KPMG Australia's Customer Solutions group in Technology Implementation within our Management Consulting division.
