Peter has designed and run large scale transformation programs that have driven value throughout the clients’ portfolios by accelerating opportunities to mitigate excessive business complexity and unnecessary operational costs, whilst helping them to position for growth and in accessing new markets. His key areas of expertise include operational strategy; supply chain and logistics advisory; business process analysis, improvement and redesign; and project, change and risk management.
Peter has worked with a range of clients across many industries with his key expertise being within the Life Sciences (Consumer Healthcare Products, Medical Devices & Pharmaceuticals), Food and Beverage, Retail, Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Telecommunications, Transport and Logistics sectors.
While Australia will always be home for Peter, he and his family spent 3 years living in Shanghai between 2012 to 2015, where Peter worked with the firm’s China practice to support multi-national clients in the development of their China/Asia market entry strategies and to help them realign their global and regional supply chains.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his young family and the occasional game of golf, but after his time in China he has returned to Australia with a passion for karaoke.
