Kar Lim

Kar works with high growth public and private enterprises to help grow their businesses through leveraging disruptive and innovative digital technologies.

He has more than 20 years' experience in professional services and consulting in a variety of industries and organisations within Australia and Malaysia. He has led numerous projects in areas including platform modernisation, cloud adoption and customer centricity transformation as well as broader digital strategies.

Kar’s focus areas include enterprise and solution architecture, Agile, Lean and design thinking, customer experience, data-driven organisation transformation, operating model design, system specification and selection and implementation.

In 2016, Kar joined KPMG Australia, and became partner in 2024. Prior to KPMG, Kar was the Head of Business Innovation for a software development and integration firm, responsible for defining service offerings, focus areas and providing clear architectural and strategic direction for the development of the solutions for the organisation.
