Carolin is a trusted strategic impact advisor with 20-years’ cross-sector experience and a deep commitment to catalyse social prosperity and regenerative economic growth. She combines her deep global debt & equity capital markets, structured finance expertise and strong commercial acumen with her practitioner experience in social innovation, impact management and design-led leadership to catalyse innovative Social & Sustainable Finance solutions of scale, contributing towards closing the funding gap of the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
Starting her career with the German Central Bank of Co-operatives & Mutuals has shaped Carolin’s ethos of community-based finance and fostered her belief that inclusive economic growth and capital markets can help solve some of society’s most entrenched problems.
Carolin enjoys working at the intersection of government policy, capital markets and communities. She strives to empower and assist significant corporations, for-purpose organisations and government to utlise their core business to address societal and environmental challenges.
In June 2019, Carolin took up the role of Head of Social & Sustainable Finance at KPMG.
