Michael is a highly-regarded digital forensic expert, specialising in technology disputes and investigations. He is particularly passionate about leveraging technology to help clients uncover facts and evidence in legal, corporate and regulatory cases. He has also assisted in government led inquiries and Royal Commissions.
Michael regularly acts as an expert witness and consulting expert in matters requiring the application of computer forensic skills to provide answers in legal cases. He has prepared expert reports on matters relating to fraud and financial crime, employment and industrial relations disputes, intellectual property theft and contractual disputes. He is also well versed in the preparation and delivery of analysis results as an expert witness to the State and Federal courts.
Michael specialises in fraud and cyber crime investigations, intellectual property (IP) and employee investigations, post-incident reviews and electronic discovery (eDiscovery).
